The Mindful Life

Mindfulness is not just another buzz word or flavour of the month. Mindfulness is defined as paying attention to present moment experiences with openness, curiosity, and a willingness to be with what is.

When we focus on the present moment, we stop the relentless chatter - equanimity and compassion evolve within the mind-space.

It is the harsh internal judgement and hyper critical attitude that interferes with the innovative-ness within us.

Mindfulness is deeply rooted in the wisdom of the East and researched globally with the latest neuro-imaging techniques. It is an excellent antidote to the stresses of modern times. It invites us to stop, breathe, observe, and connect with one's inner experience.

Mindfulness skills can be taught systematically, and implemented in daily life, to people of any age, profession or background.
